Got it running yesterday but today I wanted to see if it would drive. After adding 3 quarts of ATF, she drove very well. Carb needs to be adjusted a bit because the idle is a little high, but I don’t want to mess with that issue right now. Just a few interior things to reinstall, a bumper to be resprayed after that crash, and an exhaust system to be built and I should be done!

Trust me, they are really hard to find for a reasonable price. One day in the future I will swap in a manual but for now my 700r4 swap will have to do.

If you can’t get the idle down, q-jets are notorious for throttle shaft leaks. I solved mine with an edelbrock 650

I solved my problem of having an Edelbrock 650 by rebuilding a qjet :p
